About Online Ladies Bible Study
This website was created to share Ursula Kemp's many years of Ladies Bible Studies with the world. You can look forward to over 40 in-depth Bible studies, including Old Testament books, New Testament books, and important Christian topics, such as Canonicity and the Virgin Mary.
In a divinely orchestrated turn of events I (Fabi) inherited several boxes of Ursula's typed Bible studies in 2019, the year she went to her heavenly home. I knew if the Lord had brought them my way, not by chance, it was my responsibility to steward them. I always imagined they would end up on a website at some point. As I write this in October 2025, the Lord has finally allowed that idea to come to fruition.
The Bible studies will be presented here in blog post form with an included pdf for printing. Some of you may know that Ursula didn't use a computer. Instead, her lessons were carefully typed on a typewriter. Getting lessons ready for the website requires a little bit of formatting, a task that has been greatly aided by AI. I am quite grateful for that, since without that formatting assistant this website would likely be stalled for much longer. Even still, I do have to double check everything to make sure that what you are seeing is precisely what Ursula wrote. Bear with me as I work to get the studies posted as quickly as life allows me to.
I am thrilled that you are here and that you will have access to this free treasure trove of resources to help you dive deep in your study of Scripture. We can't afford to be shallow in our study. There is so much waiting for us! Take your time if you are new at this. God's Word will never return void. You will be richly rewarded for the time and commitment you dedicate to this life-changing pursuit.
P.S. I will be sharing about my friendship with Ursula periodically on the blog section of this website.
About Ursula Kemp
Theological Matters
All the resources on this website are presented from a dispensational perspective. Dispensational theology is a system of biblical interpretation and theology that is built on three essential fundamental concepts.
Literal Interpretation
It involves the consistent use of a plain, normal, literal, grammatical, and historical method of interpreting the entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation. This means taking the Bible at face value, including prophecy and promises, without imposing external ideas or allegorizing the text.
Israel and the Church
Dispensational theology recognizes a clear distinction between Israel and the Church. It teaches that God has separate programs or plans for Israel and for the Church, and these should not be confused or merged. Israel's promises, especially those related to the land and the Kingdom, are distinct and have not been fulfilled by the Church.
God's Doxological Purpose
Dispensational theology understands that God's overall purpose in history is doxological—that is, to bring glory to Himself. Salvation and all of God's dealings with humanity are part of this larger purpose to glorify God.
